This lovely little apartment has a cosy feel to it .
It's very well laid out with flap down bunks in the entrance.
There is a small bathroom with bath with shower in it , basin and WC
The kitchen is open plan with lovely views looking back over the lake and to Tignes le lac and lavachet areas.
The sofa bed its a lit gigogne so can be 2 singles or made into 1 larger bed .
This apartment comes with a small cave, a ski locker and also a small laundry cupboard , which means that you can store belongings if you would like to rent the apartment ment when not using it .

You can use the apartment just as it is, or could maybe make some minor adjustments to modernise.

The entrance of the building is on the Main Street of Val Claret with hotels, bars , restaurants, supermarkets etc. This apartment is situated on the back of the building away from the bustle of the street , but with the stunning views of the lake . The balcony faces North so there is all day sunshine over the lake and mountains.

The balcony is big enough to have a table and chairs to eat outside.

If you are looking for a snow sure resort then Tignes is guaranteed. As part of the Espace Killy area which is linked with VAL D'ISERE , there are over 300km off piste , with many high and North facing slopes. You can defend from the top of the Grand Motte sits at 3456m and descends all the way down to the pretty tree lined runs of Tignes le Brevieres. This area also benefits from being very close to the Italian border and hence gets snow from the East as well.

Tignes is located in the Espace Killy , its fast becoming as popular in the summer as the winter , thanks to the fantastic activity programmes offered during the Summer months and the stunning lake as well as the highest golf course in Europe .

The Vanoise national park is a protected are and there are many trails , hikes in the area.

There are no shortage of bars, restaurants , shops and nut clubs as well as a brilliant indoor sports centre, climbing wall and gym .

You can reach Tignes in around 3 hours from Lyon / Geneva
Bourg Saint Maurice is 45 mins away and has a train station with fast trains to Lyon Paris and London , as well as supermarkets , local market , many activities .
