Courchevel is a fantastic destination for property investment, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and scenic beauty. At Courchevel 1850, you can find many ski-in/ski-out chalets and high-end properties, making it an ideal location for those seeking an exclusive lifestyle with direct access to the slopes. This area is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, upscale boutiques, and fine dining, attracting affluent skiers and providing a high potential for rental income. Moving down the hill, Courchevel 1650 (Moriond) and Courchevel 1550 (Village). These areas have a more relaxed atmosphere compared to 1850, making them perfect for families and those seeking a quieter environment. The charming village of Courchevel 1300 (Le Praz) provides an authentic Alpine experience with traditional architecture and a peaceful setting, yet still offers good connectivity to the larger ski area through efficient lift systems. The entire Courchevel resort is part of the 3 Vallées ski area, the largest interconnected ski area in the world. This vast network includes over 600 kilometers of slopes, linking Courchevel with other prestigious resorts like Méribel, Val Thorens, and Les Menuires. Beyond Courchevel, the nearby areas of Champagny-en-Vanoise and Pralognan-la-Vanoise offer additional opportunities for property investment. Champagny is part of the La Plagne ski resort, linked to the Paradiski area, and is known for its stunning views and picturesque village setting. Pralognan-la-Vanoise, a more traditional and lesser-known resort, provides a serene and intimate skiing experience with direct access to the Vanoise National Park. Both locations are ideal for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy the natural beauty of the French Alps
Please let me introduce myself. My name is Natalie Beattie. I’m a dynamic, motivated and passionate individual with a rich and diverse background. I was born in Scotland and lived there until the age of 8. During this early period of my life, I spent summers in Scotland and winters in Courchevel where my parents have a ski business. We all moved to France at the age of eight along with my elder sister and younger brother. Growing up in the French Alps was pretty amazing and I have never lost my love of the mountains or take it for granted. Skiing was my passion from an early age and I skied with the local ski team from age five. Without sounded boastful I did quite well and competed internationally for four years on the British ski team. I also represented the UK at the Junior Winter Olympics. They were fantastic experiences. The discipline and training both on and of the slopes gave me a drive to study in business, I studied for an MBA in Geneva. This was a challenging and rewarding course. This academic journey equipped me with a robust foundation in business and management, paving the way for my professional endeavours. I spent three years working in real estate with Barnes in Megève, where I had the opportunity to help clients find their dream homes in one of the most sought-after regions. Today, I combine my love for the mountains and my professional expertise by working as a ski instructor and a real estate professional with Leggett. Whether I am guiding clients down the slopes or helping them navigate the property market, I bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a personal touch to everything I do. In both my personal and professional life, I am driven by a passion for excellence and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
