The stairs go up from the sitting room and bring you to the large landing with doors to the MASTER BEDROOM (approx 28m²) straight ahead which is a huge room with exposed beams and a lovely balcony, accessed through french windows, perfect to take the air first thing in the morning or last thing before bed. There is a SECOND BEDROOM (approx 12m²) on this floor and a family shower room.

The elegance and character of both houses continue into the grounds, which have large and splendid lawns and captivating private spaces to explore. There are fruit trees including fig and plum, and a poly tunnel to protect your tender plants in the spring.
